Born in Rensselaer, Indiana in 1955, Attorney Thomas O’Brien earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 1978 and his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1982. He has been practicing law since 1982.
O’Brien is a member of the Indiana State and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, North and Southern Districts of Indiana. He’s a certified Criminal Trial Advocate, National Board of Trial Advocate, and active in the Tippecanoe County Criminal Defense Bar.
Attorney Brian Dekker was born in 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his preparatory studies at the Universidad de Ibero Americano in Mexico in 1990, then went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in 1991 from Indiana University. He received his law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1995. Dekker is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He’s admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
